Help Tammy and Joe with Post-Stroke Home Care
Donation protected
Tammy has worked for 32 years as a paraprofessional, serving thousands of children at PS 234, as well as at Manhattan Youth's After-School and Downtown Day Camp programs. She is well known and beloved in our Community.
In May, Tammy's husband Joe (who was once a bus driver with Manhattan Youth's Downtown Day Camps) suffered a stroke that requires him to need full time home care. To help pay for this, Tammy is now working extra part time jobs from 3am -6am, weekends and holidays in addition to her full time work at 234.
Tammy and Joe are experiencing exhaustion, stress, and uncertainty. Through your contribution, They will be able to pay for the care he needs. Tammy will be able to spend time with Joe and get the rest she needs to remain healthy. Please join us in helping this amazing couple to manage and heal during this time.
