Help Tammi get Gas money and help with Doctor Co-pays

Hi, I'm Tammi, and I live near Greensboro NC. I'm in my 50's, live in a trailer and I don't have any family to give me help. I've had health issues for the last 20 years where I couldn't work any more. I've asked my church, but so many people need help. I go to dialysis 3 times each week. Twice in the last month they had to stop because they thought I was getting heart blockages. My Kia has 250,000 miles on it, and things keep breaking down. I had to change my appointment with the cardiologist because I didn't have gas money to go 45 miles to see him. I don't know where to turn. Please, if anyone can contribute any amount, I really appreciate it.
