Help Tami Heal: Back Surgery Fund

Hello! I work at West First Wood Fired Pizza in downtown Hendersonville. My dear friend and co-worker, Tami, is having to undergo a major, urgent back surgery on September 23rd. Her back has been crippling her for the past few months, and we are hoping the surgery will give her the relief and healing she needs and deserves. The cost of surgery, out of pocket, is going to be around $15k, and she is anticipating being out of work for 2-3 weeks. A $5k down payment is needed by September 16th.

We are rallying the community to come together in support of Tami as she begins her healing journey. We are asking for anyone who has anything to give to please consider contributing to this fundraiser to help alleviate the financial strain. If you know Tami, you probably know that she is struggling with the idea of this fundraiser, but I know with certainty that she needs the support and will find comfort in your generosity. She has been with West First for 17 years and has cultivated meaningful relationships with staff and regulars. Getting through this surgery and recovery time will hopefully get her back on her feet, pain-free. Even a small gift can support the larger picture of Tami being able to REST and HEAL.
