Hello, my name is Lorrie Stanley. As some of you may know, I am Tami’s sister-in-love, Timmy’s sister. I am starting this fundraiser at the approval of the Stanley family as it has now come time they could use all the assistance, support, love, and prayers they can get. The funds will go directly to Timmy and Tami’s bank account not mine. For those of you who are not aware, Tami is the young mother to three beautiful children, two young adults and one minor, two of which still living at home.

As we all know, Tami has been battling breast cancer for a few years, but now has come the time that they could really use the support and love of their friends and family. She is currently at advanced stage 4 breast cancer and needs more chemotherapy. Without further chemotherapy, Tami will continue progressing to the further advanced stages without any chance of hope. Tami has had insurance changes over the last few months and now in order to get more chemotherapy, Tami’s insurance is now requiring a significant deductible upfront. The family could use a little extra assistance from their loved ones to hopefully acquire these funds. If any extra funds are raised, they will go directly to further future care, travel expenses, and medical bills.

Tami was just discharged from the hospital yesterday after a nine-day stay for pneumonia and she has needed the assistance of 24/7 round the clock care as of late. This has necessitated in the need for Timmy to remain by her side as much as possible and be there for Tami, keeping him unable to work his job to help support them. I think we can all imagine the burden that brings just in itself.

We are asking that if you feel led to help financially and can, please do so. If you cannot help financially, we ask that you please keep the family and loved ones of Tami in your thoughts and prayers as well as please share this fundraiser so they may get some assistance they need to get Tami the much needed chemotherapy to further her treatment.
