Hello, I'm Tamer from Gaza. I'm 16 years old. I now live in a tent with my family of seven. The situation here is very bad. The crossing is closed, everything is expensive. A bag of flour costs $500 here, and vegetables are very expensive. There's no clean drinking water, diseases are spreading, and the bombing is so close we could die at any moment. Story:

My family is from the Gaza Strip. This war has brought us devastation, grief, loss, and unbearable conditions. We are a family of eight: my father, Ayman, 50; my mother, Sonia, 47; my brother, my oldest brother, Mohammed, 25; and my youngest brother, Ziad, 7. We lived a quiet life and worked in agriculture. Our work provided money, food, and necessities for our family. We studied at school and university, but the war turned our lives upside down. It took away our livelihood, destroyed our home and the farmland from which we sold vegetables. The war deprived us of education. Now there is nothing in Gaza. No school, no university; we can only continue our education outside Gaza. There is no work because there is no infrastructure or foundation for anything. Everything we own has been destroyed. We have no life. We suffer from malnutrition, and diseases are exacerbated by the poor conditions. We need help to save our family and get out of Gaza to live a safe, peaceful, and better life, and to continue our education. Gaza has been completely destroyed. I hope you can help us.
