Hello, my name is Tamara, I am starting this go fund me after my home caught fire February 18, 2025 at 3:00am. Due to me being pregnant I woke up at 3:00am because of stomach pain and went to the restroom at which point I noticed the smell of smoke and I look up to see black smoke coming from the vents on the ceiling. I was able to get everyone out of the house, although we suffered from smoke inhalation so we had to be taken to hospital once emergency personal arrived on the scene. From what I could tell the fire started in the downstairs bedroom, initially the fire was contained in this one room, but upon arriving from the hospital the whole house had been burnt and covered in soot from the fire and the room downstairs is gone. I do not know what my next steps are. We have lost everything cloths, shoes, valuable, and keepsakes. I am grateful we have our lives. Our house is unlivable and we are currently homeless and desperately trying to figure out how we may find housing. Especially before I give birth. I made this go fund me because my family desperately needs help. If you’re able to donate I would be so grateful, anything helps us and thank you!
