On September 26, 2025, I will be undergoing ACL surgery. While I am very grateful that my insurance has covered a majority of the expenses, I recently received notice from the hospital that I still owe a significant balance that must be paid before the day of my surgery.

This surgery is necessary for me to heal and regain my mobility, especially since I work as a teacher and need to be active with my students every day. I’ve been working hard in pre-rehab and preparing myself mentally and physically, but the financial piece has been overwhelming.
