Help Tamara Barnes Live with Dignity and Ease

My name is Tamara Barnes. Seven years ago, I was diagnosed with spinocerebellar ataxia type 1. Shortly after my diagnosis, my husband of 20 years, with whom I share three beautiful children, cheated, and I left him. Since then, I've been slowly deteriorating while also trying to live on my own for the first time in two decades.

I need help. I'm dying. I have up to two years left in me. I can't afford to move into accommodating housing, nor a home aide to assist in daily tasks I can no longer complete myself.
