My name is Talyah, and I am currently battling long-term vasculitis caused by a tick-borne illness. This condition has left me with deep, painful wounds on my feet that sometimes make it impossible for me to walk. On my worst days, the pain and immobility can be overwhelming, and it’s hard not to feel discouraged. As a college student, these health challenges have made it difficult for me to attend classes and keep up with my studies, adding even more stress to an already tough situation.

Right now, I am undergoing antibiotic treatments and Eboo blood cleanser treatment. My care also includes frequent visits to the emergency room, a wound care clinic, and a pain management center.
