Hello, I'm Taylor or Tally! I'm a transgender woman that is going to be getting bottom surgery (vaginoplasty) with Align Surgical with Dr. John Henry Pang. My confirmed surgery date will be April 29th.

I'm a food service worker and fursuit maker and am a low income worker with a lot of expenses here in the bay area, so money is always tight. Any help is super appreciated.

I am lucky to have insurance through my carering job with Anthem Blue Cross PPO which has Align Surgical in their network, but the surgery with absolutely hit my out of pocket maximum of $12,000. Leaving me with at least that amount to pay.

Estimated recovery time where I will be unable to is 2-3 months. I work a very physical job and Dr. Pang has asked I take as much time away from work as possible for a good recovery: ideally 3 months up to 4 if possible.

Current estimate:

- $12,000 for surgery

- $800 - $1,000 for week of hotel stay after surgery

- $4,400 for loss of of income for the two months of recovery that I'll have to spend away from work.

Total go-fund me goal: $17,400 for high estimate and $17,200 for low estimate.
