Hi, my name is Tallulah. I am almost 3 years old. I was recently diagnosed with non-regenerative anemia. My mommy and daddy need your help to pay for the medical costs. I am in the hospital right now getting a blood transfusion, and tomorrow the vets have to do a bone marrow biopsy on me to find out if I have cancer. They have run a bunch of tests on me so far, and here is what we know. My anemia is not caused by Mycoplasma (I am an indoor cat, but we did the test to rule it out). The vets discovered that I also have a heart murmur. Today they did an echocardiogram on my heart and found that my heart is not relaxing like normal. They are not sure if the murmur is caused by the anemia or if it's a separate condition. My illness makes me feel nauseous. I am a sweet, brave little girl, and I love my mommy and daddy. I am being strong for them, but I know they are scared, and we don't want to lose each other. Everyone I meet says I am pretty and very friendly. I love to have my fur brushed and eat churu. Every morning my daddy brushes me and my mommy tells me how beautiful I am. I love to play with plastic springs from Chewy, and when I am healthy, I am a bright-eyed, bouncy little girl.
