Help Taliek Represent Oregon at DNC

My name is Taliek Lopez-DuBoff and I am thrilled to have been elected as a district-level delegate for Oregon's first congressional district to the 2024 Democratic National Convention in Chicago.

Additionally, I am a college student at the University of Oregon studying Political Science and (city) Planning, Public Policy, and nonprofit management (PPPM). At the University of Oregon, I have the immense privilege of serving as the student body Senate President. In this role, I get to do one of my favorite things in the world, advocate for students. Part of the reason I am supporting President Biden is because he also advocates for students. From forgiving $153 billion dollars of student debt to also advocating for school teachers and more.

However attending the convention comes with its own cost, and it's the responsibility of each delegate to pay their way. As a college student paying for lodging, airfare, food, and other fees is a sort of financial burden.

Going to the Democratic National Convention is such and such an incredible opportunity for me, and I feel so incredibly honored to be representing young people, people of color, and Oregon's first congressional district. I am asking for your help to send me to Chicago!
