My name is Talia Martinson, and I am thrilled to share that I will be studying abroad in Sweden during the spring semester of 2026. This is a dream opportunity for me to immerse myself in a new culture, expand my education, and grow both personally and academically. I’ll be studying positive psychology, psychoneuroimmunology, and Swedish language and culture. While my parents are generously helping with the cost of tuition and housing, I will be responsible for supporting myself while living there. Even though I have a job, I don’t make enough to cover all expenses for the duration of the semester.

The funds I am hoping to raise will go directly toward my daily needs in Sweden. Groceries and food are quite expensive, and I will need to buy all of my own meals. I’ll also need to cover the cost of transportation, school supplies, and essentials to prepare for my time abroad, such as a backpack, shoes, and clothes suitable for the Swedish climate. Every contribution will help ease financial stress and allow me to focus on making the most of this incredible experience.
