We are a team of aspiring fintech founders and full-time students with a vision: to make homeownership more accessible for everyone. As students, we understand the struggles of navigating finances and planning for the future, especially when it comes to buying a home. That’s why we created RELO, an app that helps people, especially first-time buyers, take the first step toward homeownership with confidence.

What is RELO?

RELO is a smart financial assistant that analyses income, expenses, savings, and debt to determine a realistic, affordable budget for home buying or renting. Instead of guessing or relying on vague pre-approvals, users get AI-powered insights tailored to their financial situation. The app even suggests properties and alternative investment opportunities without requiring users to input a price range, making financial planning clearer and more accessible.

Our innovation was recognized when we competed in the Work in Fintech competition, and won! This victory gave us an incredible opportunity: the chance to see RELO presented at the prestigious DOERS Summit in Athens, Greece. This summit brings together global leaders, investors, and innovators in the fintech space, making it a game-changing opportunity for our start-up.

Meet the Team

Ruadh Healy – First-year student studying Property Economics at the Technological University of Dublin, Ireland.

Jan Korpanty – Second-year student studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Galway, Ireland.

Heqi Yu – Master’s student in Business Management at London Business School.

Aimah Laezoh – Graduate of the University of Nottingham with a degree in Industrial Economics.

Why We Need Your Help

Attending the DOERS Summit isn’t just about recognition—it’s about taking RELO to the next level. But there’s one big challenge: we’re full-time students with zero funding to cover the costs of this trip. Getting to Athens comes with significant expenses, including travel, accommodations, and event fees. Without financial support, we simply can’t afford to go.
