My name is Taelma, and I work as a cleaning lady. On December 31st, while I was returning home after a long day of work, my life changed in an instant. Around 3:30 to 4:00 pm, a truck hit the back of my car and drove away without stopping to help. The accident left me hospitalized until January 5th, and my car was declared a total loss. Unfortunately, my insurance does not cover the damage to my car or the injuries I suffered.

This situation has left me in a very difficult position. My car was not just a way to get around—it was essential for my job. I rely on it to visit my clients' homes and earn a living.
