My friend and coworker, Tabetha was 31 weeks pregnant when she got Covid. Her symptoms were pretty severe and it basically shut down her lungs. As soon as she was put on the ventilator to help her breathe, the doctors did a C-section and delivered their baby. Tabetha is still in the ICU vented and sedated, but they are slowly weening her off. She has a long ways to go, but is headed in the right direction. Their baby is in the NICU and is doing pretty good. They have two daughters who are at home and currently being taken care of by their grandma. All money raised will help with medical bills, food and a hotel for Michael to stay at (due to COVID, he’s unable to stay at the hospital) and other bills while they are off work.
