Help Synee's Family Rebuild After Tragedy

Hi, my name is Synee, I am a full time employee & full time mommy to a big blended family of 9 just needing some help! Around midnight Sunday morning (Mother’s Day) we began to lay down for the night, and prepare to celebrate Mother’s Day, 2024. Shortly after 1am, I woke up to the screams of my babies & sounds of bullets flying past my 1yo daughters crib and through the windows and walls all through our home. As we were running around, dodging bullets and gathering our children, we realized our oldest had been shot & called 911! We just moved into this home in late February and have no idea who, or why anyone would want to harm any of us. The police think it was targeted, due to previous activity in the home prior to us moving in. We are doing our best to pick up the pieces and keep life as normal as possible for the kids, but are facing extreme challenges. Our home is no longer liveable, which means I’m without work because I work from home and my office was destroyed. The children 14-1 years old are traumatized as expected. We are rushing to find a home, as ours is to be boarded up and is riddled with holes so I don’t lose more income or my job and we can have a safe place to go as we are currently staying hotel to hotel & running low on funds. Please, even if it’s just kind words, prayers, or resources…anything helps!
