Hello,

My name is Symil Austin, and I am a third-year student at the University of California, Riverside. As I approach graduation, I am thrilled to share that I will be participating in the Faculty Lead Education Abroad Program (FLEAP) hosted by my university.

This program will take me to Chiba, Japan, where I will have the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in Japanese history and culture. This will be my first experience traveling outside of the United States, something I have long aspired to do. Throughout my college career, I have worked hard to maintain a high GPA, and I am confident that this experience will further enrich my education and personal growth.
