My name is Symanthia Jensen, and I’m a sophomore in high school with a strong passion for academics, music, and dance. I have been given an incredible opportunity to attend a prestigious pre-college program at Brown University this summer. This program is selective and admits only the highest-achieving students from across the country, and I am honored to have been accepted.

However, I face financial barriers that make it difficult to cover the costs. I have a 4.0 GPA and have been playing the violin for 13 years and dancing for the same amount of time. I dedicate myself fully to my work, both academically and in the arts, and this program would allow me to further develop my skills and broaden my horizons.
