Help Sydney Overcome Cancer Again #stillirise

4 years ago, Sydney Wilson was diagnosed with anaplastic ganglioglioma. She had a brain tumor removed and went through radiation and chemotherapy. She became a #Mollyskid and fought hard to overcome this battle, but not without some vision loss.

In the last 4 years, Sydney has graduated from college and found her passion teaching 3rd grade at a local elementary school. During her time here, she also enjoyed coaching Girls on the Run and tutoring after school. She truly loves being a teacher and helping kids!

She was at the height of happiness until October 2024 when she began having pain in her ears, more vision loss, and just not feeling well overall. After many hospital visits, Sydney was again diagnosed with anaplastic ganglioglioma, the same cancer she fought 4 years ago. Sydney currently has a brain tumor and cancer in her spinal fluid. She is beginning chemo again and has been recommended for a chemotherapy clinical trial. As you can imagine, this is a very expensive process and Sydney is unable to work.

Sydney is incredibly strong in her faith and finds peace in knowing she isn’t in the battle alone. If you know Sydney, you know she’s really special and would do anything to help others.
