Help Sydney Conquer Sarcoma Cancer

For those who don't know, in late August of this year (2021) Sydney was diagnosed with Sarcoma which is a rare form of cancer that occurs in the bones and soft tissues. What started as a fatty mass, turned into the most dreaded...a tumor which spread to various areas in her body.

 

Our warrior girl began her battle in mid September and over the past few months she has been under-going aggressive rounds of inpatient chemotherapy at John's Hopkins for 72 hours every 2 weeks along with multiple intense procedures which has ultimately taken a toll on her body mentally and physically. After completing her third round she was told that the chemo treatment they were using was not effective and she will begin two rounds of a different chemotherapy in the coming week and we are HOPEFUL.

 

Due to Sydney's diagnosis and the aggressive treatments she stepped away from her beloved job to attend to her personal health and unexpected bills have left a financial burden on her and her fiancé Griff (who got engaged earlier this year). In the midst of her illness she is planning her wedding which will be held in July 2022.

 

To know Syd is to love her. Her positivity and determination to beat this disease is unmatched and inspirational. We hope this fund will help alleviate any financial struggles associated to medical bills and help with any planning to come for her BIG DAY!
