Help SYB recover from a burglary!

Tax deductible
The Sacramento Youth Band has been a fixture in Sacramento since its founding by W. Russell Kline in 1957. We are a non-profit organization (23-7117657) which prides itself on providing an outlet for musicians age 10-21 in wind and jazz ensemble settings. We perform in various parades and concerts throughout the year, such as the Salinas Parade of Lights and a holiday concert in the San Francisco Ferry Building.

Recently, our storage was broken into. The perpetrator made away with over $3000 of our equipment, including a baritone saxophone, a glockenspiel, and a concert snare drum! Much of our inventory is put to use by our band members, and losing such expensive items has left some students with no instrument to use.

It would mean the world to receive your support in whatever way you can. Please share this post and help us recover from this loss!

Thank you, and have a wonderful day.
