I have started this fundraiser for our favorite shorty bull in SLC, Sweetpea. On 10/25, her pops Matt took her to the vet because she was having breathing issues, and she was diagnosed with advanced pneumonia. She has spent the night at the emergency vet in an oxygen kennel and on a heavy cycle of antibiotics. They said that she has a deformity in her esophagus that caused the infection. This morning, they informed Matt that she is responding to the antibiotics, but she might have to stay another night, maybe two, at the vet. Matt is in the middle of a move and in-between jobs, so this is just terrible timing for him financially. We all could use some help sometimes, and it's Matt's turn to receive support from everyone that has loved his little Pea. Every dollar helps. So far, his vet bill is at $3,000, and with another night or two at the vet, it could easily hit $6,000.
