Help Sweetie Walk Again: Urgent Surgery Needed

This is Sweetie, my daughter’s puppy.
She’s a year old, the sweetest dog ever! She’s such a lover; she loves to cuddle, and she doesn’t bark or bite. My kids are absolutely in love with her. Unfortunately, on July 4th, my daughter witnessed someone run her over. This man saw her and stopped, then out of nowhere peeled off and ran her over. Sweetie got trapped in the tire, rotated with the tire, and fell out. Her pelvic bone is broken in 3 different places. She currently can’t walk or move. She’s on strict bed rest, and the veterinarian is highly recommending surgery as soon as possible. Being that the bone actually broke, she can’t heal on her own. The estimated price for the surgery is $15k plus $1,300 per night for her hospitalization and some for her pain medication. This has been a really rough week for my kids and me; we’re completely heartbroken about this accident, and we would highly appreciate any help we can get right now.
