Help Sweet Elderly Gulfport Lady Repair Her Home!

My fiancé is a home inspector and he came across a very sad situation today so I wanted to reach out to the community and see if anyone is willing and able to help.

An elderly women who is a widow lives in Gulfport. She hired my fiancé because her insurance company is requiring a clean four point report (which she won’t get) or her insurance company will drop her. From what he’s told me, everything is wrong with the house.

Her husband died two years ago and she said since then she hasn’t been able to do anything, the one good thing they have is a new electrical panel that he installed right before he died.

Other than that, they have no central heat and air, their window shaker is broken, their water heater doesn’t work, the roof is 20 years old, and all the windows and doors are open and there’s broken glass everywhere.

All donations will go directly to assisting this lady rectify all of the issues for her homeownersinsurance company so they don’t drop her.
