This sweet dog jumped out of a moving car at Hwy 101 & 880 in San Jose, CA. The driver did not stop. The man driving behind the car saw it happen, stopped, picked up the dog, and brought it to a warehouse by my work. We called the shelter and were told to take the dog to a specific vet, so I took it. The dog has a microchip, and the owner was called several times, but no response. This dog is a spayed female about 1 1/2 years old and has a femoral fracture that requires surgery. The shelter is looking for a rescue place that will take her and do the surgery. I am reaching out to ask for any donations you can give to cover the cost of the surgery, and we will get her adopted to a home that will love and appreciate her after she recovers. She is a very sweet girl and deserves a chance. Please give anything you can afford. Thank you!
