Help Sweet Baby Maya get Life Saving Surgery

Some of you may know Kashmira and her family, they recently adopted an adorable little puppy they named Maya. They were so excited to welcome their first dog into the family, especially the boys. However, just a few short weeks after bringing her home they noticed that something was wrong; little Maya wasn’t eating and was very lethargic.

They brought her to the vet and got devastating news, she has renal dysplasia as well as an intrahepatic liver shunt. Thankfully the renal dysplasia is mild and can be managed with medication but the liver shunt will require very expensive surgery, without it her body will break down and she will die. The whole family was devastated with this news, but especially the boys. This is their first puppy ever and they love her so so much. She is the piece of their family they have been missing and they will do anything to help her. Unfortunately Covid has hit their family hard like it has for so many others so we have set up this go fund me to help raise money so they can get this sweet baby the surgery she needs to survive. Once she has the surgery it will be a permanent fix and she should go on to live a normal and healthy life.
