Help Sven Save His Teeth!

Hi, I'm Sven's friend and Mallie's sister, Ginger. Last weekend, Sven was hospitalized in the middle of the night. He had GI bleeding and fainted on a concrete floor which resulted in significant facial trauma. After two days in the hospital, we are grateful to have Sven back home and on the road to recovery.

Due to the severity of his facial trauma, he's had to have some pretty extensive work done so far, including having his nose reset, braces to try and reset his front teeth, and two root canals. Unfortunately, these emergency procedures are not being covered by insurance and they will have to pay their dental expenses entirely out of pocket. Additionally, Sven is unable to work and won't be able to return to work full-time for a while. Mallie is currently only able to work part-time since she is caring for Sven.

That's why I've turned to you, our community, to ask for support! I am hoping we can come together to lend Sven and Mallie some support during this incredibly scary and stressful time.

All funds contributed will go to paying Sven's dental bills. So far, his procedures have totalled $8,700. We're still in the process of figuring out the extent of the damage and creating a medical plan for his recovery, which may mean additional procedures.
