My name is Suzy. I am seeking some financial assistance to get through a VERY rough patch. I need to relocate and need the security deposit and moving costs.

My back story...

In October of 2022, I was re-diagnosed with MMMT Cancer, a RARE terminal form of Carcinosarcoma (both cancers mixed together), and it has metastasized throughout my lymph nodes. This is my third battle with cancer spanning 16 years. Cervical, then to ovarian with a 5lb tumor we named Fred. After a 6-hour surgery, Fred was gone and so was 25 pounds of me... SKINNY AT LAST!!!!

I was to go 6 years before I was able to say I was in remission. As the years passed, I was able to fulfill my lifelong dream of opening up a bakery, my BELOVED Let's Get Baked. I opened as COVID hit. Through many struggles, I made it and was on my way to having a successful, popular little bakery.

I hadn't been feeling well, and my 6-year checkup was approaching. I made the appointment. That was a Thursday. It became a rush for scans, and they wanted me to start chemo that Monday. And so I did.

Two rounds in, I was forced to close my bakery as my body could not keep up. I went through 9 rounds of chemo. It didn't work. I did get the gift of peripheral neuropathy throughout my body, and it's terrible in my feet. I hobble and use a wheelchair now. I battle this beast every waking moment and this added stress is not helping much. I go for a PET scan on May 1st, then Oncologist on May 8th... As of now, I am stable... last scan some grew... some didn't... so we just watch...

I moved to a place with a beautiful lake in the backyard, so peaceful and serene. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, the landlord didn't renew the lease. Now its an absolute emergency... Need to vacate May 9th..

Found a place to move to, just need the down payment, which is not anything close to what I have saved. I am humbly asking for help getting into a new place.
