Help Suzie, Dylan, Frankie & Maddie Rebuild After the Fire
Donation protected
This week, my sister, Suzie Weidling, and her daughter, Dylan, experienced an unimaginable tragedy. They were evacuated from their apartment in the Pacific Palisades due to the horrific fire. This is especially painful, as they had moved into this apartment one year ago and finally settled in after having to move out of their family home. During the evacuation, they had to leave behind their car, clothes, shoes, furniture, electronics, everything. In true Suzie fashion, she said to me this morning, "I don't even have underwear". And in true Dylan fashion, she replied, "you don't wear underwear anyway." As if being displaced wasn’t enough, Suzie is also facing immense personal challenges. She’s in the middle of a painful divorce and the weight of all these hardships at once is overwhelming.
Suzie is a devoted mother and one of the most resilient, strong, and giving people I know. She’s always been there for others, but now she and Dylan need our help to rebuild their lives from the ground up.
Your support can make a world of difference during this devastating time. Any contribution—big or small—will go directly toward helping them secure temporary housing, and start the process of rebuilding their lives.
If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page with your network would mean so much to us.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and prayers during this heartbreaking time.
With gratitude,
Lauren
