Hello, My name is Cheyenne. I'm hoping to raise funds for my Mom, Suzette. This past year has been so hard for our family, but no one has been dealt a worse hand than my Mom.

Within a month of my Mom purchasing her first home, she began having severe back pain and was told she would need back surgery quickly. In September she took a leave from work to have surgery. Due to the surgery day being pushed back and then several painful complications later, What should have been 6 to 8 weeks of leave turned into 7 months. Tragedy struck in January when my Father, Kenny suddenly passed away. My mom had just had surgery weeks before and now the love of her life was unexpectedly gone.

After months of grieving and healing physically, in June of this year, Suzette was finally approved by her doctor to get back to work. Most people hate working, my mom loved her job and everyone she worked with. We all agreed getting back would bring some normalcy and socialization back in her life... On what would have been her first night alone after training, as she was getting ready for work, she suffered a stroke. The stroke was severe enough that she has lost mobility and the ability to move her left side.

As of now my Mom is at a Rehabilitation center. She is having to learn simple tasks all over again. She is due to come home on July 22nd and will need someone here 24/7. My family and I have taken some time off to care for her when she comes home. With us taking time off, our fiances will be slim to none. My goal is to raise enough to cover her Medical Necessities and a few months of mortgage so she does not lose her home. We have started the process for disability, but are unsure of how long it will take. Any donation, no matter how small will help!
