Help Suzanne Thompson Conquer Cancer!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to learn more about my Mother. We appreciate any and all support in our goal.

My name is Allie Folger and I am helping raise funds for my mother, Suzanne Thompson, as she battles stage 3A breast cancer. She started treatment in early August with a grueling mastectomy procedure followed by the start of chemotherapy. As many would agree, she has been taking her journey on like a champion- She even started "Wig Wednesday" with crazy wigs at the school she teaches at! Mom has continued to focus on the positive and won't let cancer get the best of her. As she put it, "I am more than just a bald head!"

Unfortunately, while her smile remains as beautifully bright as ever, her treatment is aggressive and has started to take its toll. Following a recently overnight stay at the hospital, the decision was made that she will have to put teaching on pause until her chemo treatments are finished. This decision was a hard one for her to make, as many of her students have enjoyed her Physics and Engineering classes for multiple years in a row, but was a necessary choice for her health and safety.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated to help cover her medical expenses, supplies, and bills so she is able to put all her focus on winning this battle. We are surrounding her with love, but would also appreciate any well wishes or prayers sent her way as she conquers breast cancer!
