We are presenting this page to ask for assistance for our beloved teacher, friend, sister, and mentor Suzanne Marshall. Suzanne has dedicated her life to improving the well-being of her beloved horses and Great Pyrenees, as well as the people who love them. She has been a steady, guiding light to all those she has touched in every sphere, be it through gentle and sympathetic training in classical dressage at her farm or donating her time to local schools with her beautiful Great Pyrenees dogs.

Suzanne has always cared for those around her, never asking for anything in return, but now she needs our help. We are asking for donations during this time so she can focus on healing Stage III colorectal cancer. During the months of treatment and recovery she is facing, Suzanne will be very limited in her normally active role as owner/trainer/teacher at Patewood Farm.

As a self-employed professional, any time out necessitated by cancer treatment greatly affects her income. We now have the opportunity to give back by assisting her in her time of need. All of the funds raised will go to support the many expenses it takes to keep a farm up and running, as well as maintaining care for all the horses and dogs that depend upon Suzanne for their daily needs. We have many retired horses who are safe in knowing they are loved and cared for forever here at Patewood.

Suzanne has been the facilitator for miracles for horse, rider, and dog for decades. Let all of us who have been the grateful recipients of her patience, generosity, empathy, and wisdom be a part of her miracle in healing colorectal cancer. Let’s help her put the Pyr paw to cancer.
