My dear mother Suzanne Bauman has passed

This was taken in Greece in the 80s. I think she was filming Suleyman the Magnificent. So many amazing places I've traveled with her...

Hello to my friends and family. I am writing today to share that my wonderful mother has cancer and it has spread. She is fighting so hard, as am I, and our family. We're doing our best to get her the treatment she needs. There is so much red tape in the US Healthcare system it's disheartening. If anyone knows me they most likely know my mother, as she probably played a supportive and friendly and motherly role to you at somepoint in your life. She has always put the well-being of others over her own. I am asking everyone to send out good thoughts and energy to help give her the strength she needs. I myself am running low, as is close family, so we could use some too ;)

Insurance refuses to pay for professional transportation services to and from the treatment center, so we are setting up a gofundme page for anyone who can help financially in any way. There will most likely be further costs not covered by her insurance as well. If not, your well wishes are enough. Its been a very difficult time. I just flew back from Denmark last week and we are doing anything and everything we can to move her to a new facility and get her the treatment she needs and deserves.
