On the morning of the biggest day of our career, while preparing to host a 1,000+ person business conference, my husband Sutton went into congestive heart failure and had to be rushed to the ER for immediate care. After five days in the ICU, 3,000 miles from home, he was released. We are now back home on the east coast and being recommended to have open heart surgery. Without this life-saving surgery, Sutton is looking at a major decline and eventually death.

We do not have health insurance, and our ER/ICU stay alone is likely to total an overwhelming amount. We have no idea how we are going to pay for it all, let alone the surgery that our cardiologist is hoping to set us up with within the month. The funds raised here will help cover his medical expenses and give us hope for his recovery.
