Greedy people really are everywhere!

After wonderful Mom died, my brother stole property and left me to pack. Old friends offered a beat up condo for $800/mo then raised the rent by 130%. My tongue cancer came back.

A woman who lived near Mom insisted I leave most valuable things in her attic for safety and that I rent her brother’s condo - she’d talked him down to $1800. Because of cancer and exhaustion I agreed, short term. But she wanted a “mini-me” and was disappointed by my writing focus.

I listed on Indeed to supplement savings. An employer raved about my resume. I was hired to research properties - my forte, at $5000/mo. If she paid it was all good. She paid! I could write part time and make a living! Then my banker said it was an employment scam. I must return all earnings; pay fines. From an 850 credit score and good savings I was wiped out.

The girlfriend insisted I get cash advances to stay on time paying her brother. The job market was bad; I sold family heirlooms; took any job that paid. After many jobs my back gave out; the girlfriend took the remaining valuables for her brother. I agreed to leave the condo by last Thanksgiving.

Over summer I’d grown weak. Found out my colon had been leaking poison when it exploded Sept 30th. Flooded, I was in septic shock and rushed into surgery. The colon could be rebuilt in four months. Then was rushed to ER again with pancreatitis due to internal poisoning. Finally feeling better, I was packing when it happened again. A section of my bowel had died by “adhesion.”

Her brother my landlord would not give me more time to heal; he wanted to raise the rent to $3000/mo. While I was in surgery last week he removed all my belongings, car and shipped everything to distant locations.

I couldn’t get to my beautiful old Prius. My clothes, colonoscopy supplies needed to survive were now out of reach. I must remove everything at once or take nothing by decree.

I’m now rescued by a crazy nursing home. With no family, a beautiful car and clothing captured and a book ready to be published, I need help! I know I can do this! With help.
