When I met Susie in South Korea at Fight Tonight Crossfit in 2016, we were both just starting out. Susie progressed quickly in her fitness and wow'ed everyone consistently with her WOD times and open scores. What no one expected though was that when she left Korea, she would start to focus on Olympic Weightlifting. Susie has been excelling rapidly, competing in and winning many competitions. Next month, she will be flying from Belgium to Colorado Springs to participate in the

2025 USAW National Championships, Powered by Rogue Fitness.
