REOPENING- Help Susie Lee, 4x cancer Survivor, beat it 5x!

When I first shared her story on this platform back in the beginning of 2021, we were blown away by what happened next: over $65,000 raised in just 72 hours. That response showed just how deeply Susie’s light, love, and resilience have touched people far and wide. It meant the world to her, and it helped her get through an unimaginably difficult time. Even within these last 4 years later, she’s had multiple radiation sessions, brain surgeries, more testing, more doctors and hospitals, and more fighting.

But here we are again, and this time, the news is even heavier.

Recently this year, she found out that her cancer has continued to spread to multiple organ systems within her body. Her body is in a fragile and critical state, and her family is focused on keeping her as comfortable and supported as possible, one day at a time.

I’m asking, once again, for us to rally behind Susie and her beautiful family. Anyone who knows Susie knows that she’s never been one to ask for help or want to feel like a burden, and her family is the same way. They carry so much with quiet strength and humility. But I’ve seen just how heavy this has all been, and I know that for people who rarely ask, this is exactly when community is meant to rise. Whether you’re near or far, your prayers, support, and love matter more than ever. Together, we are stronger, and together, we can lift them through this.

(The original $71,000 that you see currently raised is a majority from listed there from 2021 in those first 72 hours. That money has since be used to cover medical bills from the previous 4 diagnosis, as well as all that she has endured in these last 4 years. I am hoping we can raise this amount again for Susie and her family!!)

My dear friend, Susie Lee, was just diagnosed with cancer for a 5th time. She's already beaten Hodgkin's Lymphoma once, and now on to kicking breast cancer's ass for a 4th time. This badass woman has done it all while balancing being a celebrity makeup artist, entrepreneur, and super mom! I've always said it, and I will continue to say it, she is the strongest woman on this planet I have ever met.

This news came to her on New Year's Eve, and couldn't have been a bigger kick to the gut right as the new year was about to begin. The pain both physically and emotionally that lies ahead for her and her family, are one that no one ever hopes to experience. 

I cannot being to imagine to financial toll, on top of an already difficult 2020 as a small business owner, that this, with 4 cancer treatments before this, has already had on her and her family.

Susie, like me, being the strong and independent woman she is, never asks for help. So I am doing this for her, because I know it's in our darkest and deepest moments, when we need help the most and I want her to know how much she is not alone through is, and to create whatever ease I can in her life during this time.

Please support her and her family, by helping with any medical costs (doctors appointments, treatments, surgeries, and more) they will need to get through this, on top of having to pause being a makeup artist and her own small business, to fight for her life, food costs to nourish them, and anything else that they need to carry them through this road ahead.
