Help Sushi Survive FIP
Donation protected
Hi everyone, many of you know me either through my own instagram @sushi_in_da_city or the many stories that my mom, Morgan, posts of me. I was diagnosed with an uncommon viral disease caused by certain mutated strains of a virus called the feline coronavirus. I’ve lost all of my energy and I can’t play with my new brother Bandit anymore. I never thought at this point in my life it would hurt so bad to walk. My second birthday is supposed to be this June. The vets told me and my mom that this disease is 100% fatal, but they had heard of a Facebook page called FIP Warriors that can help. In recent years, many cats lives have been saved by a new drug that is not widely know about and not yet FDA approved. After staying up countless nights giving me pedialyte, taking my temperature, doing research and not knowing what was wrong with me, my mom had a feeling FIP was what it was and decided to order the medicine. Since it’s not yet FDA approved, the medicine (along with my many veterinarian and hospital bills) are very expensive and we are asking for help in funding it. The treatment consists of 84 days of injections, which my mom started giving me on Monday, March 4th and my fever has already started coming down. We are hopeful this treatment can continue to help me. Please help me survive this disease, have my mom not lose her best friend, and make me an FIP warrior.
