In July of last  year, my family’s world was turned upside down when my husband was involved in a terrible explosion. He suffered second and third degree burns on both legs and his right arm. He was supposed to return to work, but instead, his employer let him go. Since then, we haven’t received a paycheck, and it’s been a struggle to keep up with our bills and provide for our son, who needs clothes and diapers. And our car just got repossessed on Friday night

On top of that, our only vehicle is breaking down. Every warning light is on, and when I turn the steering wheel, it makes all sorts of noises. We can’t afford to have it looked at, and every trip feels risky, especially with our son in the car. I’m also trying to finish going back to school for the spring, but I need help to cover the last bit of tuition.
