Hi, I'm Susan and I'm 41 years old and have 2 precious dogs, Grayson and Maggie, that are my best friends. They are always there for me. I'm trying to raise money to help pay my rent while I stay with my momma until her last day. She's all I got! Almost 6 weeks ago, she was diagnosed with 86% small cell lung cancer that has metastasized into her brain, bones, stomach, pancreas, and liver.

2 weeks ago, the doctors gave her 2 weeks to 2 months maybe to live.... And I'm staying with my momma until the day the Lord calls her home and I am not at all ready for that day to get here. My mom comes first, before any job in this world. I'm not leaving my momma's side. I want and need every last memory I can squeeze in with her, and I want her to be at home where she wants to be, and not with a stranger.

My rent is paid up until Wednesday. I pay rent weekly at a little over 100 and something dollars. All my utilities are paid also. I don't know if it'll be tomorrow or 2 months, but it would be nice to not be homeless and have a home to come back to after I lose my momma. And I have no way to keep up my rent on my own or anything else for that matter, but if I lose everything I got, it's okay, it's all material.

I lost my father in 1990 and my grandmother in August, so I don't have the family here to reach out to. Any donation would be a blessing, but the biggest blessing I have right now is being with my mom while I can be and spending as much time with her as I can. If you choose not to donate, that is fine too, I understand, but would you send a prayer our way? We actually need those more. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
