Help Susan get on her feet literall

On 8/27/18 my mother Susan Bratcher fell going out of her neighbors house. That night in the ER they confirmed she had a broken femur. After talking to the doctor's they have decided to do surgery to take out her old knee replacement and put in a new one with a rod in her femur to fix the break. They will be discharging her in just a few short days, and as of now we need help to get her in home care as she will not be accepted into a rehabilitation facility. Susan just started a new job 7 weeks ago after working with me for a year, until our company changed our insurance policy and she could no longer afford to pay for her insulin without finding a job with better insurance. Susan is estimated to be out of work for 6 weeks (even though she is trying to convince herself she will be going back in 2 weeks so she can continue paying bills). 
My father and Susan's husband...the love of her life...died 8 years ago coming up in October and she has been independently making things work like a well oiled machine. I know both her and I worry about how she will be able to manage to pay household bills and pay for medical bills, and pay someone to rehabilitate her in her home, along with care when she first gets home.
