It's Susan. My beautiful boy Jeffrey died on Monday. I am completely devasted and broken. I want to go to the funeral in New Jersey. I don't have the funds to travel from Florida. If anyone can help me anyway they can I would so appreciate you. I want to see him for the last time and say my last goodbyes to my baby. Please help me. Please I will be forever grateful.
