My name is Layne Compston, my mom and I are starting a cancer organization called Survivor Trail. To get it started we need to raise the money for our 501 c3 non-profit license. Survivor Trail is currently a support group my mom started for anyone coping with the stress cancer brings.  No matter if you are a caregiver, patient, survivor, or simply a friend needing support after cancer has made its way into your life, Survivor Trail wants to help.

Once we have established our 501 c3 we will begin raising money for our major goal, which is to build a large home/apartment near Houston's  MD Anderson Cancer Center of America. The largest cancer hospital in the world. The home will be named The Survivor House, and the sole purpose of The Survivor House is to provide a home away from home for people battling cancer, at no cost to them. 

When you're battling cancer the last thing you need to worry about is lodging, groceries,  and transportation to your appointments. With your help we will change the lives of many cancer patients around the world.
