At 4:55 AM this morning I woke up feeling something wasn’t right. I looked out the window and saw my husband’s trailer being driven away. My heart stopped when I turned around and saw him still in bed, unaware of what was happening. Before we knew it, Ron is covered in blood and road rash—and his trailer was gone. He had put his heart and soul into that trailer, investing every penny of his life savings into it, as it was not just a trailer, but the lifeblood of his landscaping business, Supreme Green LLC. All of his tools, a 36” scag walk behind mower, a 48” toro grandstand and other miscellaneous equipment, which he used to support our family, were gone in an instant.
While we are incredibly grateful that he’s still alive, his injuries are serious, and the road to recovery will be challenging. Now, we are left to pick up the pieces.
This happened off Rock Service Station Road in Raleigh, and we are working closely with the police and our neighbors to gather more information. So far, we know the thieves were driving an older, dark-colored square body truck. But right now, what matters most is getting my husband the help he needs to heal and giving him the chance to rebuild his life’s work.
We are humbly asking for any support you can offer—whether it’s a donation, sharing this story, or sending prayers. Every little bit helps us get closer to the healing and recovery my husband needs, and it would mean the world to us during this incredibly difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support.
