Zayli is a beautiful 8-year-old girl who was recently diagnosed with bone cancer after undergoing a lengthy operation partially removing a tumor which was wrapped around 3 vertebrae's that had to also be removed. The tumor was tested and was found to be a rare and aggressive form of bone cancer - Ewing's Sarcoma.

Understandably, her parents David and Sally have had their world turned upside down with this unexpected news and instead of Zayli enjoying school with her Grade 3 friends she is facing a long and daunting journey of another extensive operation to place rods in her neck and intense chemotherapy at the Royal Children's Hospital - Melbourne.

As a result of this situation David and Sally have both taken extended leave of absence from work to support their daughter through this battle.

As we all know the bills don't stop when a family crisis arises and the last thing they need to be worrying about is the burden of mounting financial pressure. We are hopeful of reducing this stress by raising funds to support them at this difficult time, particularly as they will be spending most of their time away from home for many months.
