Help Support Zane’s Recovery ❤️‍

Our family is navigating an unimaginable time, and we’re humbly reaching out for help. My 3-year-old nephew—full of life, mischief, and a deep love for vanilla ice cream and four-wheelers—was recently involved in a serious accident.

Zane is the youngest of four adventurous boys and already one of the bravest little boys we know. He is sweet and affectionate, always ready to snuggle or hold your hand, and never far behind his big brothers as they tear around the yard. He loves doing everything they do—and usually with a big smile on his face.

He was med-flighted to Mass General Hospital after a very tragic vehicular accident with burns covering roughly 30% of his body. He has already undergone one surgery, will likely need more, and will require skin grafts in the near future. Mass General Hospital will be his new home for at least a few weeks as he begins the long road to healing.

Zane’s parents, Michael and Tiffany Dumont, both work full-time—Michael is a union carpenter and Tiffany is a devoted hairdresser. They are incredibly hardworking and deeply devoted to their family, and asking for help like this does not come easy for them. Right now, though, they are doing everything they can to stay strong for Zane while juggling hospital life in Boston and caring for their other three boys at home in New Hampshire.

This GoFundMe was created to help ease the burden of travel expenses, parking, meals, time away from work, and other unexpected costs, so Michael and Tiffany can remain present and focused on their son during this incredibly difficult time.
