Help support Zander's Care

We are heartbroken to share that our sweet baby is extremely sick. We learned on Monday April 7th that Zander is dangerously anemic. He also has an enlarged spleen and heart, and a heart murmor. Over the past 4 days his blood numbers have decreased further. He is currently staying at Costal Care Veterinary Hospital for blood transfusion and monitoring while he awaits answers for the cause. The top contender is bone marrow cancer, and while his prognosis isn't likely something curable, it is treatable and Zander could continue to live a happy quality of life.

We are asking for your help as we navigate this difficult time. These four days of testing have already amassed $6000 in Veterinary bills. And we don't yet have a course of treatment.
