Dear friends, family, and compassionate strangers,

Abby and I are reaching out to you today to ask for your support for our incredible stepdad, William Neiman. Bill is a proud U.S. Navy Veteran, a dedicated park ranger, and an amazing stepdad with a deep love for fishing and the outdoors. He has always been someone who gives to others, and now, it's our turn to give back to him.

For the past month, Bill has been fighting for his life in the hospital. He became incredibly ill, experiencing systemic organ failure and severe complications. Despite his resilience, his health deteriorated rapidly. Our mom, Noelia, has been by his side every single day, providing unwavering love and support. This week, we received more than a glimmer of hope when Bill underwent a liver transplant. His recovery will be long and challenging, but with it he'll be able to live another 30 years.

Throughout this entire journey, we have seen God’s mercy in countless ways. His grace has carried us through the darkest moments, and we continue to feel His presence in every step forward Bill takes. We believe that God’s hand has guided us to this point, and we trust in His continued guidance as Bill heals.

While this transplant gives us hope for his future, the road to recovery will be long and difficult. Bill will need continued medical care, physical therapy, and a lot of support from loved ones as he works toward regaining his strength. In the meantime, his medical bills are accumulating, and our family is struggling to keep up with the costs of both his hospital care and our everyday monthly expenses.
