June 6, 2026, Hartselle lost a community member in a tragic car crash: Wenceslao “Wenchi” Arroyo.

If you knew Wenchi, you loved Wenchi. He was one of the most selfless and fun-loving people you could ever meet. His smile was always infectious, and his kindness and heart were truly second to none.

If it’s on your heart to give, any amount is deeply appreciated. The pain of Wenchi’s absence is already enough for his family and friends, and the cost of a funeral is an additional burden. I’m asking our community to come together and help support this Hartselle family during such a difficult time.

I don’t have enough characters to write about all the amazing things that made Wenchi so special. His funeral will be held on Wednesday, June 10.
